“Before joining PKP, I hated working out. It seemed like a chore and I would always find an excuse not to go. I tried going to regular gyms but would spend all my time on the elliptical because I didn’t know what to do and was just ready to get out of there. I did Orange Theory for about a year, but would only go when it was convenient (which was rare) and something just didn’t click for me and that program. I decided to join PKP in March 2022 with no expectations. Fast forward a year later and I’m down 40 pounds (and counting!). I never thought I would become someone who enjoys exercising, but now I can’t imagine my life without it. I’m strong, I feel good, I look good! PKP has given me the community I needed to feel comfortable in my own skin and enjoy a healthy and happy life.”
Before joining Peak I had never been to a gym or worked out ever in my life. I was always too shy and self conscious about myself or scared of being judged by people who have been working out for years. That couldn't be further from the truth at PKP. The moment I walked through the door, everyone has been super friendly, supportive and informative. I am now down 35lbs and feeling strong, have more energy, and feel more confident in my body. I will be forever grateful for PKP and the amazing coaches!
